OK first post on banks. They are there to provide you with a service, if you don't get the service you want, politely but firmly persist until you do. Oh and never consider going into banking.
Ok, called them up, pretended to be you (took a lesson from the master) I've got a new sim coming in '4 working days', will go out at some point today and get a cheap new phone. Love you, hope Australia's sunny xxxx
